RONGYU ZENG  MS.MS.Ph.D

Obtained MS degrees in In Animal Nutrition and Preventive Veterinary Medicine respectively from Nanjing Agricultural University; PhD in Immunology from University of Maryland. Published decent papers in Nature Biotechnology, PNAS, The Journal of Immunology，J.Dairy Science,etc.

Engaged in research and application of nutrition for pigs, poultry, Aquaculture and ruminants for 7 years; involved in vaccine development and application against major diseases in pigs, cows and poultry for 20 years. Now act as director of technical support in TECON Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.

In the field of clinical immunology in pigs, proposed and practised  innovative solutions to major diseases including  "three swords in one" approach for pseudo rabies eradication, the "sandwich method" for PRRSV prevention,  using  E2 subunit vaccine to eradicate Classical swine fever and maximizing  lactogenic immunity to control PEDV.Served as Master's supervisor in veterinary medicine in 11 universities including Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Nanjing Agricultural University, Huazhong Agricultural University. Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of the China Veterinary Association, and Committee Member of the Veterinary Public Health Society. Simultaneous interpreter for the International meeting including IPVS,APVS, Leman China Swine Conference, Veterinary Diagnosis Conference, and International Conference on poultry, dairy mastitis, Brucellosis, Classical Swine Fever Virus(CSFV).etc. Participated in translating 6 industrial books and university textbooks.
